Roof coating is a type of coating on the roof of a building and a house that is designed for protecting and exceeding the life of the roof. Roof coating is a rigid block of stones that is applied on the upper layer of the roof to protect it from direct sunlight, ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, rain, and any other damage. The main reason for roof coatings is to make the old roof functional again without any hurdles and to increase the lifespan of a roof. People usually get confused between roof coating and deck coating but they are completely different from each other. Deck coating is used for traffic supporting on a roof, especially pedestrian traffic but sometimes it helps in bearing vehicular traffic as well. Whereas, roof coating is for the protection of a roof from the damages that can occur naturally as well.
